33? He's getting to be an old man...well, that's what everyone teases him about, but we are still young. Even if only in our minds. =)
For his birthday, we went to see The Prince of Persia and had some dinner. It was just the two of us since we hadn't been out for a long time. Then, we had cake and ice cream with the rest of the fam. I can't believe that our first date was 16 years ago on his 17th birthday. Wow, how time flies! Here's a little about my honey. He has surpassed my expectations that I had for him being a dad, and they were pretty high. He loves his kids and they feel that love and know that their dad cares about them. He is also an incredible husband. I can't imagine my life without him. He makes me laugh and smile. He's an amazing runner, he ran more than 13 miles just to see if he could. He had only been running a few miles (7 or so) a day and basically did a half marathon just to see if he could and he beat my time that I trained hard for. He's just amazing like that. When he sets his mind to something, he has amazing outcomes. He likes to hit the speed bag and has taught himself how to do some pretty cool things. I can't even hit it more than a few times in a row. He is also incredibly smart and whitty. Everyone gets a kick out of his quick jokes that he comes up with. He's definitely a people person. Everyone that comes in contact with him likes him. He has a way to put people at ease and make them feel comfortable. I am so grateful for a husband that is so loving and caring to everyone. These are a small fraction of the things I love about my sweet honey. Happy birthday babe! I love you!

Happy Birthday to Brandon!! It sounds like you guys had a good time with just the two of you. Sometimes you just have to get that time in somehow!
